Phoenix Public Meeting Notices

A core value of Shaw Butte Neighborhood Alliance is community involvement. We want to inform our fellow citizens and encourage each other to be more involved in city matters.

The City of Phoenix maintains Public Meeting Notices at phoenix.gov where official notices of public meetings are posted.

Posting these notices is often a requirement of complying with Arizona Open Meeting Law, but it’s not the most user-friendly way of encouraging participation by ordinary citizens.

We’ve developed an experimental tool for compiling information about public meetings, summarizing agenda items, and delivering that information directly to your inbox.

NOTE: This subscription list is entirely separate from our regular list dedicated to news and updates about the neighborhood. The subscription below only relates to public meeting notifications.

Public meetings include zoning matters and other city boards & commissions that inform the public and guide the future of our city.

These boards and commissions include:
